Fredrik has gives regular workshops in creative writing. Usually VGS double classes. Fredrik has a colourful and humerous approach to poetry. His short, colourful activities, mix sensory work with literary aspirations.

By the end of a double class, students are quite willing to stand up and read aloud, play absurd guessing games, and describe objects in ways which make them question what poetry is really all about.

Fredrik's aim: to break their pre-conceptions, to throw out the rule books, and to express themselves with complete confidance and determination!
